Intellectual Elite? Right…Gotcha.

The self appointed “intellectual elite” constantly display an alarmingly exaggerated sense of self entitlement. They feel entitled to “rule over the uneducated masses” by virtue of their “superior intellect” and their advanced college degrees.

These “elites” also just happen to be the very ones attempting to exploit the Tucson murder grounds for political gain.

Anyone with a lick of common sense can see that Jared Lee Loughner was so mentally unstable that Pima College expelled him.  A review of his writings has shown rambling incoherence and ZERO references to Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck or anyone else on the right…OR the left.  That is, unless you count his references to both the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf. His focus on party politics was so lax that he was registered as declined to state and didn’t even vote in 2010. The evidence points to the likelihood that Loughner pulled the trigger because he was simply a mentally unstable man who held a grudge against Congresswoman Giffords for “inadequently” answering a question he onced posed to her at a town hall meeting.

Ah yes, but the “intellectual elite” doesn’t want to let a perfectly good crisis go to waste.

Seeing their grasp on power weakened by the November 2010 elections, and fearing that the opportunity to enact their Marxist agenda may be over, they and their mass media barking dogs are rabidly promoting the false narrative that Loughner was a right wing extremist pushed to violence by ‘hate speech’ emanating from the right.

They seek to outlaw the use of the word target in political discussion.  Never mind that former Walter Mondale political aid Bob Beckel admittedly made use of the term when he worked as a political consultant.

Forget that the vitriol on the left has far exceeded that of the right in both tenor and volume for decade after decade.  For a review of the most recent manifestations of leftist hate, one need only read: The Progressive “climate of hate”: An illustrated primer, 2000-2010 by Michelle Malkin

They seek to enact additional restrictions on firearms and ammunition.  Never mind that the Second Amendment states that the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

They plan to reintroduce the Fairness Doctrine in order to silence Conservative talk radio. Through the backdoor of bureaucratic regulation, they’re already attempting to enact Net Neutrality in order to silence Conservative bloggers. Forget that the First Amendment states that Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech.

Intellectual elite?  How can people so afraid of views that differ from their own claim to be intellectual, much less elite?

How can groups and individuals who constantly and consistently display such magnified symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder expect to hold on to the power to “rule over the uneducated masses”?  Especially when said masses understand that not only are these people in many ways as mentally unstable as is Jared Lee Loughner, We The People have the power to vote them out of office!

The only thing the “intellectual elite” are entitled to is our boots on their backsides when we kick them out of office in 2012.
