Ever since the 2009 GM bailout by “progressive” big government ended the pensions of 20,000 retirees at Delphi auto parts manufacturing, the
White House and the Department of Treasury have laid the blame on the steps of the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
Internal government emails have been obtained that show the U.S. Treasury Department, run by Timothy Geithner, was behind those termininations. All 20,000 of the pensions seem to have been ended strictly for the reason that those retirees did not belong to labor unions.
http://dailycaller.com/2012/08/07/emails-geithner-treasury-drove-cutoff-of-non-union-delphi-workers-pensions/
Perhaps the National Labor Relations Board was too busy preparing to harass another private sector company planning to hire non-union workers to get involved.
Meanwhile, Attorney General Eric Holder has yet to file any criminal charges against top Wall Street bankers with connections inside the
Department of Justice or who had made political donations to the 2008 presidential campaign of the current White House occupant.
Over the years, both the Oval Office and Holder have talked tough, aggressively attacking big fat cat bankers, blaming their reckless speculation for the 2008 financial collapse. The Government Accountability Institute has found that Holder still has not “filed a single criminal charge against any top executive of an elite financial institution.”
http://dailycaller.com/2012/08/07/report-cronyism-political-donations-likely-behind-obama-holder-failure-to-charge-any-bankers-after-2008-financial-meltdown/
All talk no action. Sound tough for the union organized OWS crowd, but do nothing to upset potential campaign donors. The heck with credibility, the “progressive” Party Pravda will run interference for the re-election campaign.
Overseas, Iran has vowed it will not allow Assad to fall in Syria.
“Iran will never allow the resistance axis – of which Syria is an essential pillar – to break,” said Saeed Jalili, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council secretary. The “axis of resistance” includes Iran, Syria, Hezbollah and Hamas, all of which are anti-Western and openly hostile towards Israel and the United States.
Assad reassured Jalili by saying: “The Syrian people and their government are determined to purge the country of terrorists and to fight the terrorists without respite.”
If Assad is overthrown, Iran will lose influence over Syria and a crucial link to Hezbollah.

Could it be that Muslim Brotherhood influence over the White House has surreptitiously led to policies that support the creation of a regional Caliphate? What other way is there to logically explain policies that support rebellions to overthrow some Middle Eastern dictators, but not support rebellions hostile to the Iranian regime or its allies?
With so much baggage for the White House to carry through the campaign, their “Priorities” are to have their “progressive” allies run misleading ads that attempt to tie Mitt Romney to death.
Priorities USA Action, a super PAC supporting the Oval Office is running a new ad that blames Mitt Romney for a family losing health insurance which contributed to a woman dying from cancer.
It apparently makes no difference to the “progressive” super PAC that Romney left Bain Capital years before the GST Steel bankruptcy in 2001. In addition, the cancer casualty Ranae Soptic died in 2006, long after the GST plant had been closed.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-fix/post/priorities-ad-ties-mitt-romney-to-cancer-death/2012/08/07/d723d8c0-e084-11e1-8fc5-a7dcf1fc161d_blog.html
In another move to distract attention away from the dismal economic performance of the White House, the Oval Office occupier was overheard whispering to a top fundraiser that GOP presidential challenger Mitt Romney wants to name Gen. David Petraeus as his choice for Vice President.
http://drudgereport.com/flashgp.htm
The White House was more than happy to clutter the news cycle by dismissing the Drudge Report. Anything to keep the pathetic economic
record of the White House out of the headlines will suffice.
Press Secretary Jay Carney reminded reporters to “be mindful of your sources” when asked about the Petraeus rumor. “I can say with absolute confidence, such an assertion has never been uttered by the president. And again be mindful of your sources” said Carney.
http://washingtonexaminer.com/white-house-disses-drudge-report-be-mindful-of-your-sources/article/2504233
And so it goes for the most open, transparent White House in American history. They are more than happy to talk about anything but their own record.

Contempt of Congress charges are being levied against U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder because he is a champion “supporting measures to
overturn these voter-suppression initiatives in the states”. So says Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
A “progressive” has spoken. End of story.
It is absolutely inconceivable that contempt of Congress charges could be over secret documents pertaining to the murder of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. It certainly could not have anything to do with weapons lost in the botched Fast and Furious gunrunning operation. Not in any way, shape or form. Not no way, not no how. Such conclusions are completely out of the question. To even suggest such possibilities prove beyond all reasonable doubt that you are indisputably a closed minded, razor toothed racist vampire who is exactly like that evil, lily white, ship jobs overseas vulture capitalist Mitt Romney. You have always been a racist. You will always be a racist. Your parents were racists. Your children will be racists. You are in love with your racism. You are proud of your racist views. You hope your racist views and ways will spread across the country and ideally, the entire world.
Racist, racist, racist, racist, racist, racist, racist…
Welcome to the “progressive” States of America, where race isn’t everything, it’s the only thing.
Never mind that on the subject of race Eric Holder called the United States “a nation of cowards”. In case the subtlety escapes you, Holder thinks the entire nation is racist. Of course for Holder, racists are white by definition.
Forever erase from your memory the fact that Eric Holder dismissed a slam dunk case of voter intimidation committed by member of the New
Black Panthers Party in Philadelphia during the 2008 election. That there are eye witnesses and video evidence showing that they were in uniform, wielding clubs and verbally taunting potential voters proves nothing.
Forget that the U.S. Department of Justice is suing Arizona and other States because they are acting responsibly by protecting U.S. Citizens from invasion. In the “progressive” States of America, that too is racist.
Ensuring voter integrity in American elections by carefully reviewing voter rolls in order to root out fraudulent votes is forbidden. To engage in such activity is…yes, you guessed it…racist!
Perhaps it would be a useful to take this exercise to its inevitable conclusion:
If you wear white sneakers instead of ones of color, you must be racist. If you wear a white t-shirt instead of one of color, you are clearly a racist. If you drive a white car instead of one of color, you simply must be a proud, long practicing racist…especially if your car has whitewall tires.
Any and all students who write on white notepads instead of ones of color must be racists. All places of residence where the walls are painted with white paint are populated by racists. Watching a movie or television show starring Betty White? Sitting on a white toilet seat? Using the white pages in the phone book? Wearing white socks and underwear? Reading books containing white pages? Knowing someone whose last name is White? Using white copy paper? Those vendors who mail their customers telephone, gas and electric bills in white envelopes? Drying your hands with a white towel? Puffy white clouds in the sky?
You guessed it: morally reprehensible.
Considering the clearly racist clothing policy practiced by the Wimbledon tennis tournament, it is easy to understand obama’s resentment towards and dislike for the British.
It would be suitable to refer to an old fable about the boy who cried wolf, but that would open the floodgates for charges of racism over use of the term “boy”.

Apparently suffering the long term effects of habitual Botox abuse, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi again defied the grounding gravity of
logic to concoct a thread bare story trying to tie Wednesday’s contempt of Congress proceedings in the House of Representatives to unproven allegations of voter suppression.
“It is no accident; it is no coincidence that the attorney general of the United States is the person responsible for making sure that voter suppression does not happen in our country, that issues that relate to the civil liberties of the American people are upheld. These very same people who are holding him in contempt are part of a nationwide scheme to suppress the vote. This is part of the scheme that the right-wing over-the-edge — and I don’t think that all Republicans subscribe to this — but the over-the-edge gang, which dominates the House of Representatives.” said Pelosi in her weekly news conference.
Revealing yet another portion of the chamber of horrors that is her power obsessed mind, Pelosi channeled Hillary Clinton, experiencing a vicarious flashback to Clinton’s infamous “vast right wing conspiracy” moment.
Never mind that there are hundreds of Mexicans and an American Border Control Agent dead as the result of sophisticated automatic weapons ending up in the hands of known, hardened criminals. It should not matter to voters that this is a result of the current administration’s irresponsible, scandalous Fast and Furious gun walking operation. Finding out how that happened and who is ultimately responsible for those deaths is not important.
Changing the subject to a fabricated conspiracy theory that attempts to put Republicans on the political defensive, while distracting from “progressive” failures in both the Executive and Legislative branches to address the very real economic problems in America is what matters.
Actor Morgan Freeman has said the effort to clean up voter fraud is all about disenfranchising minority voters: “My point is that women, Hispanics, blacks, there is a large attempt, a great attempt, at disenfranchisement. I mean, it’s right out in the open. I’m not, you know, this isn’t
like breaking news or anything. Why is that?”
Forget that in States where voter rolls have been more closely inspected the names of people dead for years, sometimes decades, are discovered to be still on those rolls. Further investigation of registered voter information has revealed names registered at addresses that turn out to be vacant lots or gasoline filling stations. Integrity, honesty, accuracy, ensuring that American Citizens retain confidence in the electoral process; none of those require attention.
What is important is to play the race card in a desperate attempt to invigorate sagging voter interest within the “progressive” political base.
If “progressives” are going to insist on continuing their smear campaign against Conservatives with innuendos and unproven accusations of voter suppression regardless of the facts; if “progressives” are going to protect voter registration irregularities at every turn, then Conservatives should start fighting fire with fire.
Since it should now be painfully obvious that partisan “progressive” political interests trump voter integrity, Conservatives should quit crying foul and get in the game.
Conservatives, especially those racist, violent right wing extremists in that fringe radical Tea Party movement, should coordinate with their oh so close, bosom buddies and deep pocketed financiers, the Koch brothers, to fund the importation of millions of Conservative voters from around the world into America. “progressives” “know” that those evil Koch brothers have enough money to buy the planet several times over, so the funds required to finance such a move will probably come out of petty cash.
Imagine the display of shock, dismay and angst amongst “progressives’ should the White House refuse to grant 800,000 temporary work visas to any of the innocents between the ages of 18 and 30 who through no fault of their own, were brought to America as a byproduct of the operation.
Should “progressives” cry foul over the illegal importation of millions of people who disagree with their “vision for America”, those protestations will unequivocally be based solely upon race hatred, as will all protestations presented against policy initiatives resulting from a Mitt Romney election to the White House.
If “progressives” demand that every voter identify themselves with a photo ID to ensure that Conservative illegal aliens are not using the names of dead people to vote in American elections, the obvious motivate will clearly be a desire to re-institutionalize Jim Crow style voter suppression that enjoyed widespread acceptance among “progressive” Democrats following post-Civil War Reconstruction in the south.
If the “progressive” candidate for office enjoys a slim lead in a hotly contested race, Conservatives should then file lawsuits demanding that “all the votes be counted” to buy themselves enough time to “find” a “somehow misplaced” box stuffed with provisional ballots that swing the election results in favor of the Conservative…then quickly move to have the counting stopped and the election certified. Ideally, the result of the race would give Conservatives a filibuster proof majority in the U.S. Senate and allow full repeal of the contemptuously passed, ill advised, intentionally misrepresented, clearly misnamed “Affordable” Care Act.
That will be a good first step towards leveling the playing field.
Now can we finally get back to what matters most to the majority of Americans, like where and how to find a job?

Then Senator obama routinely criticized President George W. Bush for his use of executive privilege. Not surprisingly now that obama is sitting
in the Oval Office, his views on the topic have changed…entirely.
Ladies and gentlemen, introducing: Richard M. obama
As was the case with disgraced President Richard M. Nixon, who resigned over participation in the infamous Watergate cover up, the current White House occupant has determined there is enough to hide from the public that it’s time to play the executive privilege card.
What a refreshing switch from playing either the race card or the class warfare card. However, under these newly created circumstances and given the track record of the current administration and its political allies, do not believe for a second that playing one of those cards might inevitably become necessary.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder has been stonewalling for the past year, refusing to disclose what he and the Department of Justice know about the failed Fast and Furious gun running scandal. Holder has ignored subpoenas while obstructing repeated attempts to obtain important information. It has gotten so bad that Holder is seen as being in contempt of Congress.
What is Holder hiding that is so important that his boss and friend in the White House would risk his entire reputation, as did Nixon, by invoking executive privilege?
As is the case of obama’s personal records (his birth certificate being the most famous), all of which were sealed from public view via executive
order on his first day in office, there is definitely information the Chief Executive of the United States needs kept hidden from the general public. This conclusion is not a surprising one. In fact, that is his track record.
If there was never any White House involvement in the failed Fast and Furious gun running operation, which led to the death of hundreds of Mexican civilians and the death of Federal Agent Brian Terry, how is executive privilege justified?
Did the White House know that hundreds of sophisticated automatic weapons were being allowed, with the blessings of the DOJ, to walk across the American/Mexican border in the hands of ruthless, mass murdering criminals? Was this part of a master plan to intentionally inflate the number of American made weapons being found in the hands of drug cartel members at crime scenes, thereby justifying the imposition of gun control in America? Not so coincidently, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had been making statements insinuating such an objective just prior to news about Fast and Furious coming to light.
The imposition of gun control so strict as to violate the Second Amendment has long been sought by card carrying members of the big government, central planning, control the people leftist fringe, including the fringe leftist currently sitting in the Oval Office.
Holder has a track record of supporting south and central American drug criminals. He has a track record of selective prosecution of American laws based on race, personal and political bias. Holder should be in prison for violating his oath of office. So should his co-conspirators, no matter how far up the food chain they go.

Despite calls from Senators John Cornyn, John McCain and Lindsey Graham, the Justice Department continues to resist calls for appointment of a special
prosecutor to investigate national security leaks said to be coming from inside the White House. The Senators view Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to appoint two Justice Department legal insiders to the investigation as insufficient.
The White House remains in support of Holder. The official word from press secretary Jay Carney is that “there is no need for a special counsel. These things have consistently been investigated when that’s appropriate”.
Holder’s troubles are not isolated to the national security leaks investigation. Holder is also under legal attack for the failed Fast and Furious firearms fiasco. Despite Holder’s possibly facing contempt of Congress charges next week, Carney relayed the “absolute confidence” the White House still has in Holder.
This “no special prosecutor” position stands in stark contrast to the position
held by then Senators obama and Biden when it came to investigating the Iraq war policy. Or when it came to calling for the firing of U.S. attorneys. Or reviewing conditions at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center. And especially when it came to discovering who leaked Valerie Plame and Joseph Wilson’s identities. All of which took place during George W. Bush’s presidency.
Not to mention special prosecutor Archibald Cox, who was appointed to investigate the Watergate scandal.
It would seem that, as usual, when the left commits perceived offenses, it’s perfectly appropriate for them to police themselves. But when there are similar perceptions of offenses committed by those on the right, that’s a completely different story.
Holder’s stonewalling of the Fast and Furious congressional investigation is
not only straight out of the Richard M. Nixon play book, it is more egregious. Although ultimately the ongoing investigation resulted in the removal of a sitting President from office for his role in the Watergate burglary and ensuing cover-up, nobody died due to decisions made or actions taken by Nixon and his lieutenants.
It is alleged that by allowing hundreds of highly sophisticated automatic weapons to walk across the U.S./Mexican border and into the hands of criminal drug cartels, the Holder led Department of Justice contributed to the death of hundreds of Mexican civilians and murder of U.S. Border Agent Brian Terry. This is an extremely serious charge. The truth must be uncovered. If this allegation is true, Eric Holder should go to prison, instead of being allowed to harass multiple state governments with frivolous, racist lawsuits. To hold to the notion that Eric Holder is capable of dispassionate logic in pursuit of fact in the face of such a clear conflict of interest is incongruous.
That the White House is standing behind Holder in stone walling the cover up of information is not surprising. When are the college records, medical records, travel records, etc of the current White House occupant going to be brought to light?
Will obama and Holder agree to appoint a special prosecutor? If they do and the going gets dicey, is the United States going to be submitted to a replay of the Archibald Cox firing drama? Will there be the Saturday Night Massacre, part two?
It would not be in the least bit surprising to see the White House let this drag out through the summer as a means of distracting from their own dismal record. It would also be true to form to see Holder go the way of many of obama’s once political allies. The moment Holder’s presence becomes too much of a political liability to the full time, win at all costs candidate he will become persona non grata faster than you can say: “Our long national nightmare is over”.

When obama uttered the words “the private sector is doing fine” speculation
ran rampant, declarations occurred and questions abounded.
Obedient spokes-fools within the “progressive” Party Pravda remained largely mum, dutifully neglecting or downplaying the story. Conservatives pounced on the statement, speculating aggressively about obama’s lack of perceptive abilities while declaring it to be the biggest gaffe in his presidency. Questions were asked as to why standard operating procedure had been abandoned and a presidential press conference was being held in the White House when no major announcement was being made.
That obama followed up the initial remark by saying the problem with America’s economy is a loss of government jobs at the state and local level suggests various possible explanations. One is that it’s a sign of his commitment to growing government as the sole solution to each and every one of the world’s problems. Another is that he is so out of touch with economic reality that the remark really was a gaffe.
But there is at least one other possibility to consider.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder is coming under heavy congressional scrutiny for his role in the failed Fast and Furious gun running scandal. Hard
questions are being raised on both sides of the aisle about the risks posed to the country through national security leaks possibly emanating from the White House. obama’s been accused of allowing the leaks to occur for personal political gain. There are ongoing discussions and mounting evidence regarding obama’s membership in Chicago’s extremist “New Party”, coupled with continuing avoidance of or denials about it among obama’s political apparatus. There is major embarrassment about obama’s “entire grassroots machinery” being resoundingly drubbed in the Wisconsin recall election. There is growing “progressive” left wing extremist frustration with obama’s perceived inability to deliver on his pledge to “fundamentally transform the United States of America”.
Go back to the question: Why was a presidential new conference being held when there was no major announcement being made? Even given that there
was only the remotest possibility that the “progressive” Party Pravda might actually uncover a hitherto undiscovered ounce of journalistic integrity within itself and ask hard questions on a myriad of topics, why was this press conference being held?
Is it possible that the biggest gaffe in obama’s presidency was committed on purpose? That it was an intentional diversion? A coldly calculated politically driven distraction away from other bad news that had been dominating the weekly news cycle?
Was it an accident that it occurred on a Friday morning, contributing to the likelihood that the weekend political talk show discussions will focus on this rather than the myriad of other, more damaging news about obama’s failed attempt to be the nation’s Chief Executive?
If so, it was an extreme abuse of the power of the presidency.
Given that this “gaffe” originated from a once humming along firing on all cylinders well oiled political machine that has repeatedly engaged in “the art” of misrepresentation, distortion, distraction, diversion and smoke and mirror parlor trickery, is pondering such questions an unreasonable activity?
With obama in the White House, do you now consider such a line of questioning to be unpatriotic?
Do you really?
You may wish to reconsider come November 6th.

Facebook Inc.’s $16 billion initial public offering has made Mark Zuckerberg the 29th richest carbon based life form on Earth. Facebook provides entertainment and a fun way to spend your leisure time. America should love Zuckerberg. Whatever happens, do not ever criticize him for not paying his
fair share of taxes…he’s cool in the administration’s eyes and they’re down with whatever he does. Heck, he might even turn out to be as cool as George Clooney.
According to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the top three U.S. oil companies alone paid $42.8 billion in income taxes in 2010. Ignore that fact and describe them as evil billionaires who don’t pay their fair share. After all, the petroleum, coal and natural gas industries all provide cheap energy to America, which stands in the way of implementing the administration’s agenda to fuel America with recycled unicorn poop.
It’s OK for the New Black Panthers to stand in front of polling places, wearing uniforms, wielding clubs and intimidating white voters with taunts of “now you’ll find out what it’s like to be ruled by a black man”. It’s also OK for Eric Holder, who publicly said: “I am not the tall U.S. Attorney. I am the black U.S. Attorney” to drop all charges against them.
It’s not OK for a “white hispanic” to defend himself from attack by someone who’s black
Tea Party demonstrators, who obeyed the laws, obtained permits, and cleaned up after themselves when they peaceable assembled to petition their government for redress of grievances are violent, racist extremists who should be monitored by the Department of Homeland Security as potential homegrown terrorists.
Occupy Wall Street, who squatted on public and private land for weeks at a time without permit, cost cities across the nation millions in clean-up and other costs, engaged in rape, drug use, public sexual acts, attacked police, destroyed property and generally disrupted the normal flow of life are great patriots. They deserve the public support of Barrack Obama, Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, the DCCC, Elizabeth Warren, Barney Franks, Debbie Wasserman Shultz, Charlie Rangle, Dennis Kucinich, et al. As Nancy Pelosi said: “God bless them, for their spontaneity. It’s independent … it’s young, it’s spontaneous, and it’s focused. And it’s going to be effective.”
When kids are failing in school after being subjected to exposure to incompetent teachers who couldn’t teach a dog to bark yet can’t be fired because they’re protected by unions, lower testing standards. The possibility of hurting a student’s feelings by giving them a failing grade couldn’t possibly pass politically correct, everyone has to feel good about themselves at all times muster.
If you’re a kid who wants to hold a bake sale, open a lemonade stand or engage in similar activities which demonstrate initiative, ambition or a desire to utilize the free market in order to better yourself, you must be trained to first beg permission from the government. And boys and girls of all ages, don’t ever forget broccoli is good for you and snack cakes, candy bars and chips are bad. Since you’re too stupid to make the proper decision, government is going to enact legislation that deprives you of the right to choose.
Whenever “progressive” politicians are caught in an outright lie about where they were born, their bloodlines or military service rendered it’s due to a clerical error. If criticism persists, blame someone else for each and every one of your failures. When all else fails, play the race card.

Cheers for Indiana Democratic Rep Joe Donnelly, who broke rank with “progressives” to support the Fast and Furious subpoena in Congress. Rep Donnelly expressed support for the Oversight Committee’s subpoena of Attorney General Eric Holder over documents related to the failed Operation Fast and Furious scandal. This was a big step taken by Donnelly since it means
that “progressive” Democrats like Rep Elijah Cummings of Maryland can no longer claim that the investigation is a wholly partisan issue.
“One of the duties of Congress is to provide oversight of the Executive Branch,” Donnelly said “There has been a serious allegation of federal law enforcement misconduct and we need to get to the bottom of this issue without playing partisan politics.”
“Attorney General Eric Holder could end this today if he gives us the documents,” Utah Rep Jason Chaffetz said. “Fast & Furious has become Slow & Stonewalling and it really makes you wonder what they’re hiding. We were promised those responsible would be held accountable and that has not happened.”
GOP Rep. Darrell Issa, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, issued the documents subpoena in October 2011 and suggested days ago that the next option to get Holder to release additional documents might be declaring him in contempt of Congress.
When it comes to Stonewalling, Holder has now entered into direct competition with Richard Nixon’s Watergate era White House. The big difference being, the Watergate scandal never resulted in death. Since for “progressives” the ends always justify the means, the loss of several hundred Mexican civilian lives and that of a U.S. Border Patrol Agent is a small price to pay when defrauding the American public into believing restricting their Second Amendment Rights is a good idea.
Having Eric Holder as U.S. Attorney General is like having a fox guarding the hen house. Despite all of Holder’s “get tough” rhetoric against Wall Street, as of today, there has yet to be a single criminal charge filed by the federal government against top executives of elite financial institutions like UBS, MBNA Bank, MF Global, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, or Bank of America. Certainly it can’t have anything to do with top officials at the Department of Justice who had strong ties to Wall Street being big fundraisers for obama’s 2008 presidential campaign. Perish the thought. There’s nothing to see here folks, keep moving along.
Additional cheers to the entire U.S. House of Representatives, for voting to defund the obama administration’s lawsuits against state immigration laws.
“Instead of using tax dollars to sue states, the Department of Justice and other branches of this government should start focusing on enforcing existing immigration laws,” said Rep. Lou Barletta, a Pennsylvania Republican. “Until they do, the Department of Justice should not receive one federal tax dollar to sue states.”
The 238-173 House vote emphasizes the popularity of state immigration laws. Recent polling shows that a majority of voters overwhelmingly support the idea of states being able to act.
The amendment still needs approval from the Senate and from obama, neither of which is likely. The current administration and their Senate allies have zero interest in enforcing existing immigration laws. Were they to do so, it would interfere with their partisan, divisive, race baiting “comprehensive immigration reform” rhetoric. If Americans are allowed to see that enforcing existing immigration laws works, obama will lose one of the many highly emotional, politically charged, manufactured identity politics issues “progressives” use to sway uninformed sound bite voters to their side.

Of late, much has been made about the current administration’s attack on First Amendment Rights. Attacks have been made on religious liberties (see healthcare mandate on contraception in religious affiliated institutions http://www.nytimes.com/2012/02/12/us/catholic-bishops-criticize-new-contraception-proposal.html) and freedom of the press (see White House and Media Matters coordinate attacks on FOX News http://dailycaller.com/2012/02/12/inside-media-matters-sources-memos-reveal-erratic-behavior-close-coordination-with-white-house-and-news-organizations/).
While it may be correct to fight unconstitutional actions by this administration through continued pursuit of these specific issues, it might be wiser to focus on the bigger picture.
- He has violated the individual liberties of all our people by imposing forced participation in a government healthcare regulatory system without our consent.
- He has collaborated with his Attorney General to ignore equal protection under the law in favor of selective protections based upon arbitrary factors.
- He has violated American bankruptcy laws by willfully denying secured bond holders first payment, in favor of unsecured political supporters.
- He has violated the Constitution by accepting the position of Chairmanship of the UN Security Council.
- He has ignored the Constitutional separation of power by appointing “czars” to oversee matters that are intended to be handled by the legislative branch of the government.
- He has violated the First Amendment right to freedom of the press, by attacking television and radio networks, stations and broadcasters while attempting censorship.
- He has violated the individual’s right to free speech through creation of an email address to report Citizens in a blatant attempts to silence dissent through intimidation.
- He has violated the Law by ignoring the War Powers Act and engaging the United States military in overseas hostilities without the consent of Congress.
- He has violated the First Amendment by attempting to impose restrictions on free speech through implementation of Net Neutrality by the FCC.
- He has endeavored to interfere in the free market through the imposition of The Clean Energy and Security Act, which mandates carbon emissions be reduced to 17 percent below 2005 levels by 2020, 42 percent by 2030, and 84 percent by 2050. By 2020, this tax will extract an estimated $160 billion from the economy, or an average $1,870 per family.
- He has violated the Constitution by having the government offer $4,500 rebates to people for turning in older motor vehicles for newer vehicles
- He has interfered in America’s free market by having the National Labor Relations Board sue a privately owned company for planning to open for business in a State that protects an employee’s ability to work free of forced union membership.
- He has interfered in the free market by imposing restrictions and regulations on petroleum, natural gas and coal production in the United States.
- He has abandoned enforcing the security of American borders and protected illegal immigrants from prosecution for violation of immigration laws:
- He has abandoned and insulted our most enduring and faithful allies through speech and action, the most glaring among these being placing the State of Israel on the list of nations that foster terrorism.
- He has sought to impose additional taxes on us without our Consent.
- For depriving us in some cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
- For transferring billions of dollars to enemies of the United States through Foreign Aid.
- For ignoring the Constitutional separation of powers by publicly attacking the Supreme Court of the United States.
- For attacking America’s bedrock family values by ordering the Department of Justice to not defend the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act.
- For repeated attacks upon America’s Christian foundation.
- For repeatedly slandering American Citizens with false accusations of racism, violent tendencies and hatred.
- For grossly accelerating and increasing the amount of America’s debt through passage of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act, which had negligible effect on unemployment, sent billions of dollars overseas and wasted billions domestically bailing out States practicing irresponsible budgetary policies.
- For putting America and America’s allies at greater risk through cancellation of missile defense systems.
- For expanding the need for enormous increases in government borrowing,
- For collaborating with his Attorney General to try enemy combatants in civilian Courts.
- For collaborating with his Attorney General and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms in the implementation of operation Fast and Furious, which has been implicated in the murder of American Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.
- For devaluing our currency by engaging in the practice of Quantitative Easing, allowing the Federal Reserve to purchase trillions of dollars of our national debt.
The list could continue, but you get the idea.
A President whose character is thus marked by acts which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to govern a free people.

What’s the elephant stick? Simply, it’s a stake driven into the ground to keep a chained baby elephant from escaping captivity. The young elephant, small and relatively weak, is not yet strong enough to pull up the stake and flee. The baby elephant learns that when it feels tension on it’s ankle it’s reached the end of the chain and can’t go any farther. The elephant’s memory kicks in. For the rest of it’s life, even after it’s become the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, a small stake, chain and ankle cuff are all that’s needed to keep the behemoth enslaved.
The 21st century GOP is a chained elephant, held in place by the elephant stick of political correctness. At a time when “progressives” are fleecing the nation’s Posterity through generational theft, robbing the treasury blind through crony socialism and multiple forms of government scandal, the GOP is strangely, mostly silent. Why?
With the cultural acceptance and adoption of political correctness, with so much concern about not hurting anyone’s feelings, people are walking on eggshells. Fear of offending someone else’s sensibilities has shackled free speech while retaining the illusion that First Amendment Rights are still fully in place.
Attend:
The U.S. Attorney General plays the race card while being investigated by Congress for gross negligence and/or criminality for allowing hundreds, if not thousands of automatic weapons to end up in the hands of south american drug cartels. Excuse me, “mr” holder, with all due respect, aren’t you the one openly and consciously choosing which cases to prosecute at the federal level based on race? You’re a total hypocrite. You and your ilk are like the boy who cried wolf. We don’t need to explain that one, do we?
holder’s boss, the current White House occupant, intentionally chose to defund Social Security with a one year payroll tax holiday that’s now entering it’s second year…oops, thirteenth and fourteenth month. occupy Oval Office publically said he wanted a second year, but he and his Senate Majority Leader co-conspirator decided it would be to their political advantage if the Senate passed a two month extension and left town, forcing the GOP House to accept the two month extension or get beat up politically by ”progressive” liars and their public relations minions in the “progressive” Party Pravda.
Thats the way it really is. If you can’t stand to hear the truth or speak it, tough. That’s your problem, not mine.
When is the GOP going to wise up and realize that the elephant stick is crippling them and their political future? In the real world, an unchained elephant fears no lion, leopard, cheetah, rino or donkey.
