Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your response. You're right on with your assessment of the election landscape.

I wrote this article as a follow-up to an earlier one about why Mitt Romney is so despicable. The publisher at The Hollywood Republican wanted a follow-up because the earlier one got a lot of hits.

Thanks for responding,
Michael

P.S. I wasted my desktop and had to get a laptop a few months ago!

I almost passed this article by, not picking up on the reverse psychology theme. Last thing I want to do is listen to or read another diatribe from the left about Paul Ryan.

I think this campaign is turning out to be a pretty straight-on debate about the real divide in this country that exists right down to the individual voter level, about bigger government vs. affordable government. The sugar coating has melted off, and the real issue is being set out there for the voters to see. Romney and Ryan are bravely taking on whatever demagoguery will be thrown there way...and there's lots of it. But they're putting their faith in the wisdom of the independents and swing voters to recognize that this issue is real, and that the Democrats don't have the correct answers.

It's intensely interesting, and now that we're at the tipping point, this election has the highest stakes I've witnessed in my 50-year lifetime. If the left wasn't worried, they wouldn't be slamming Ryan non-stop like this.

I just found your blog...man! you're prolific. How many keyboards do you wear out in a year?
